Tim Hudson was so dominant that when he let up a homer with 2 outs in the 9th, I needed to be reminded that the Padres were sending the tying run to the plate. They seemed so overmatched that when they had a chance to make a game of it, it didn’t seem fair.
The A’s ran all over the Rangers and the weather kept the Red Sox off of the diamond.
