Replay Taketh Away

Well, the idea of replay is to get the call right, right?

So last night’s Giants/Pirates game had a bizarre ending. We all THOUGHT it was going to the 10th, but instead it was won in the 9th after the folks in New York said “Nope you blew the call.”

The decision was right. Doesn’t mean teeth weren’t ground in the Giants clubhouse.

Meanwhile the Red Sox don’t let one slip away and the A’s bats can’t wake up.

The Red Sox could not break the game open and the Reds tied it in the 8th. But Grady Sizemore got a walk off hit in the 12th, winning it 4-3. DODGED BULLET

A’s could not put a rally together even though they kept the game close until the 9th. The Mariners pulled away and won, 8-3. TEETH GRINDER.
