What is it about the A’s and the Tigers?

The last 14 Oakland playoff games have been against the Tigers. And the way this season is unfolding, there will be an inevitable rematch.

Last night was supposed to be a Scherzer/Gray pitchers duel. Instead it became a slug fest and one where Detroit came from behind to win.

Both teams can pitch, field and hit. For the A’s sake I hope they don’t meet in the Division Series.

Meanwhile the Red Sox are starting a winning streak. 8 more to match the 10 game losing streak.

Let’s get to the updated Dodged Bullet/Teeth Grinder tally.

An explanation of what this is all about can be found HERE.
