Showing my White Sox colors, 1991 – Sully Baseball Daily Photo at Noon for April 12, 2018

I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for the White Sox. Chances are if I lived in Chicago, I’d be a Sox fan over the Cubs.

I felt that way even when we visited Chicago in 1991. Sure the new ballpark isn’t as romantic as Wrigley. But the fans there love their Sox. You aren’t going there to be SEEN. You are going there to watch the Sox.

Granted, everything I wore for them was black and not white, but who is keeping score?
