After the game, I thought about what I would do if I were commissioner of baseball. I had some thoughts on the matter.

Let’s see owned baseball on May 13, 2019

Earning Full WOBs:

Eduardo Escobar singled, tripled and homered, driving in 3, to help Arizona top Pittsburgh, 9-3.

Reynaldo López pitched into the 8th, allowing 2 hits and 2 runs over 7 2/3 innings, striking out 6 Indians en route to a 5-2 decision for the White Sox.

Yoán Moncada homered twice and added another hit in the White Sox 5-2 win over the Indians.

Jimmie Sherfy struck out 5 Pirates in 2 innings of shutout relief to help preserve the Diamondbacks 9-3 victory.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Jacob Barnes gave the Brewers an inning of shutout relief but it was too little, too late as Philadelphia won, 7-4.

Lorenzo Cain got 5 hits, including a pair of doubles, but the Brewers bullpen lost the 7-4 game in Philadelphia.

Khris Davis homered twice and walked but the A’s dropped the 6-5 game to Seattle in 10 innings.

Zac Reininger retired all 6 batters he faced in relief, but the Tigers were clobbered by Houston, 8-1.
