Earning Full WOBs:

Kyle Gibson threw 6 innings, allowing 1 run and compiling 9 strike outs to earn the 11-1 decision for Minnesota over the White Sox.

Kyle Schwarber got 3 hits, 2 of them homers, and drove in 7 runs, to help the Cubs clobber Milwaukee, 11-4.

Stephen Strasburg struck out 9 Dodgers in 7 strong innings, allowing 2 hits and 1 run as the Nationals cruised to an 11-4 final.

Mike Thaiss hit 2 homers, including a walk off shot in the 9th to give the Angels a 5-4 victory over Baltimore.

 

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Matthew Boyd struck out 10 Mariners in 6 1/3 innings, allowing 1 run. But the Tigers dropped the 3-2 game in 10.

Ender Inciarte singled and homered, driving in 3, but Atlanta fell to Philadelphia, 9-4.

Robbie Ray went 6 innings, striking out 11 Marlins and walking none, but took the hard luck 5-1 loss for Arizona.

Danny Santana got on base 4 times, including a homer, but the Rangers bullpen melted down in Oakland leading to a 6-5 defeat.
