Let’s see owned baseball on August 20, 2019

Earning Full WOBs:

Nelson Cruz collected 4 hits including a homer, driving in 3, as the Twins clobbered the White Sox, 14-4.

Freddie Freeman homered twice and added another hit,scoring 3 runs and driving in 4 as the first place Braves won a heated 5-1 game over Miami.

Andrew Heaney struck out 14 Rangers in 8 innings to help the Angels win the first game of the double header, 5-1.

Aaron Nola kept the Phillies in the Wild Card hunt with 7 strong innings, allowing 2 runs and striking out 7 Red Sox to earn the 3-2 decision.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Bo Bichette homered twice in the Blue Jays 16-3 loss to the Dodgers.

Brad Keller threw 6 shutout innings, striking out 4 Baltimore batters but the Royals bullpen lost the 4-1 game.

Trevor Story went 4 for 4 with 3 RBI but the Rockies were edged by Arizona, 8-7.

Stephen Strasburg held the Pirates scoreless over 7 innings but the Nationals dropped the 4-1 final.
