In 2017, José Altuve owned October. He seems to be interested in owning ANOTHER October now.

Each winning team for every post season game gets a pitcher and a hitter who earn a full WOO(Who Owns October.)

And at my discretion, I award a 1/2 WOO’S to a worthy player on the losing team.

But the World Series deserves its own stats. WOWS (Who Owns the World Series.)

At the end of the post season, we will see who had the highest WOO total as a pitcher and a hitter. The WOWS total will be kept separately. Each game now counts towards both tallies.

A complete description of the rules can be found HERE.

From October 19
2019 ALCS Game 6:

Receiving 1 WOO

José Altuve earned his ALCS MVP by reaching base 3 times including a dramatic, 2 out 2 run walk off 9th inning homer that clinched the pennant for the Astros 6-4 over the Yankees.

José Urquidy struck out 5 Yankees over 2 2/3 innings, allowing a solo shot but giving the Astros length in the 6-4 final.

Receiving 1/2 WOO

Luis Cessa threw 2 innings of 1 hit shutout ball out of the Yankees bullpen in their 6-4 loss to Houston.

DJ LeMahieu hit a clutch 2 run homer in the 9th inning to tie the game and hold off elimination. The Astros would eliminate the Yankees in the bottom of the 9th, 6-4.
