Earning Full WOBs:

Anthony DeSclafani fanned 6 Brewers over 6 shutout innings to earn the 4-1 decision for the Reds.

Frankie Montas threw 7 shutout frames, allowing 2 hits and struck out 5 Astros as the red hot A’s took the 3-1 final.

Austin Slater homered twice to lead San Francisco past the Dodgers, 5-4.

Jorge Soler hit a pair of home runs, driving in 4, to help slug the Royals past Minnesota, 9-6.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Byron Buxton homered and added another single but the Twins fell to Kansas City, 9-6.

Fernando Tatís Jr. went 3 for 4 with 2 homers but the rest of the Padres bats were dead in the 3-2 loss to Arizona.

Framber Valdéz was strong through 7 innings, allowing 1 earned run and 1 unearned run while striking out 9 Oakland batters. The Astros bats remained dead as they lost, 3-1.

Austin Voth blanked the Orioles over 5 innings but the Nationals bullpen fell apart in the 5-3 final.
