Kyle Freeland shut down the mighty San Diego bats with 6 scoreless innings. The Rockies, however, were shutout as well and lost, 1-0.
Christian Javier kept the Astros in the game with 5 innings, allowing 2 runs. He took the hard luck 6-0 loss to Oakland.
Luke Voit homered, walked and singled, scoring a pair of runs. The Yankee bullpen had an epic meltdown in an ugly 12-7 defeat to the Blue Jays.
