The Summer Score – Updated for September 15, 2021

Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

The defending World Series Champs have clinched a playoff spot. And with the win last night, the Dodgers also clinched a perfect Summer Score for 2021.

Every team in position for a playoff spot in September gets 4 points for each day. Each team that is within 1 game of a playoff spot will get 1 point.

The Rays, White Sox, Astros, Blue Jays, Yankees and Red Sox all added to the Summer Score from the AL.

The Braves, Brewers, Giants, Dodgers and Cardinals added from the NL. The Reds and Padres get a point for being 1 game out.
