Who Owned the World Series (#WOWS) and Who Owned October (#WOO) Tallies Updated for World Series Game 4, October 30, 2021

Well here we go… the Braves came from behind and the Astros could not drive in that big run. Tonight could be the end of the World Series.

So Who Owned the World Series and October on October 30, 2021?

Each winning team for every post season game gets a pitcher and a hitter who earn a full WOO(Who Owns October.)

And at my discretion, I award a 1/2 WOO’S to a worthy player on the losing team.

But the World Series deserves its own stats. WOWS (Who Owns the World Series.)

At the end of the post season, we will see who had the highest WOO total as a pitcher and a hitter. The WOWS total will be kept separately. Each game now counts towards both tallies.

A complete description of the rules can be found HERE.

From October 30, 2021 –

World Series Game 4

Receiving 1 WOWS and WOO

Dansby Swanson hit a game tying home run that changed the direction of the game and maybe the World Series as the Braves edged the Astros, 3-2.

Kyle Wright worked out of first inning troubles to give the Braves 4 2/3 innings of relief, allowing 1 run and helping set up the 3-2 victory over Houston.

Receiving 1/2 WOWS and WOO

Jose Altuve got a pair of hits including a home run but the Astros fell short against the Braves, 3-2.

Zack Greinke threw 4 shutout innings and got a base hit but the Astros bullpen gave up the lead and the 3-2 game to Atlanta.
