The Summer Score – Updated for August 24, 2021

Michel Dwyer – AP

Some late inning heroics pushed the Red Sox into a Wild Card Spot alone and padding their Summer Score.

Oakland no longer has a perfect Summer Score.

Each August day on The Summer Score is now worth 3 points.

The Rays, White Sox, Astros, Red Sox and Yankees all added to the Summer Score from the AL.

The Phillies, Braves, Brewers, Giants, Dodgers and Reds added from the NL.
