Francisco Lindor went 3 for 4 with a homer in the Mets wild 11-9 double header opening win over the Nationals.

Kyle Seager hit a pair of 3 run homers to propel the Mariners past the Diamondbacks, 8-5.

Jose Suarez went the distance, fanning 8 Rangers in the 4-1 complete game victory for the Angels.

Eli Morgan kept the Red Sox scoreless into the 6th with 5 2/3 shutout innings but the Cleveland bullpen would drop the 4-3 final.

Salvador Perez homered twice in the Royals 10-7 loss to the White Sox.

Andrew Stevenson continued to torment the Mets but reaching base 3 times, homering and driving in 3 in the wild 11-9 double header opener lost by the Nationals. He added another hit in the 4-3 night cap win.

Madison Bumgarner held his former Giants teammates to 1 run over 7 innings to earn the 3-1 decision for the Diamondbacks.

Elias Diaz singled, doubled and homered to help Colorado top the Cubs, 13-6.

Teoscar Hernandez went 3 for 3 with a homer, driving in 3, to power the Blue Jays past Cleveland 7-2.

Lance McCullers Jr. struck out 9 Dodgers in 6 2/3 shutout innings as Houston pulled off the 3-0 victory.

EARNING 1/2 WOB’s

Willie Adames finished with a home run and 7 total bases in the Brewers 8-5 defeat to the Pirates.

Kris Bubic held threw 6 strong innings, allowing 3 hits and 3 walks but took the hard luck 7-1 loss for the Royals against the White Sox.

Adrian Houser did not let up a hit over 6 1/3 innings, walking 5 Pirates and allowing an earned run. The Brewers bullpen blew the no hitter and eventually the game, 8-5.

Starling Marte got 3 hits, including a homer, and stole a base, but the A’s were pounded by the Padres, 8-1.
