IMG_3259The entrance to Angel Stadium is a brick concourse shaded to look like a baseball diamond.

For some reason the detail of the third and first base coaches boxes along the line in brick impresses me.

My seats in 2009, watching what would turn out to be a playoff preview. The Red Sox lost to the Angels that day AND in that October.

The Red Sox beat the Angels in the 1986 ALCS and the 2004, 2007 and 2008 Division Series, twice on walk off hits. But the Angels got sweet revenge in the last meeting to date.
