LET’S GO A’S!

OK, my preseason pick of the A’s to win it all didn’t come true… at all.

But here’s something that could make me look slightly less stupid for picking them:

They haven’t clinched a losing record!

They have 7 games left.

If they win all 7, they will finish the season 82-80.

Granted, that will still fall far short of a division title… but at least they aren’t going to be a 90+ loss debacle.

OK, fine. The pick sucked.
