You wouldn’t know it from this picture, but this Tigers and Blue Jays game was sold out and standing room only.

I took this pic from our seats at Tiger Stadium in 1991. I believe it is Hall of Famer Al Kaline on the left and George Kell.

Even in 1991, Tiger Stadium was old and falling apart. But guess what? There was something glorious about it. It truly felt like a baseball experience from another time.
