Clayton Kershaw allowed 1 run in 7 Coors Field innings to win the 6-1 game for L.A. over Colorado.

Chris Taylor reached base 3 times, including a home run, as the Dodgers topped the Rockies, 6-1.

J. A. Happ pitched shutout ball into the 8th, finishing with 7 1/3 innings, 3 hits and struck out 5 Mets. He did not get the decision but helped the Yankees snap their losing streak with a 2-1 final.

Anthony Rizzo homered twice as the Cubs blanked Cincinnati 3-0 in the first game of a double header. He added a double in the nightcap 6-5 loss.

 Mike Trout reached base 4 times, driving in 6, including a 2 run homer, as the Angels pounded Seattle, 16-3.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Ronald Guzmán reached base 4 times, scoring 3 runs including a solo homer in the Rangers 7-4 loss to the Dodgers.
