Curt Casali homered twice and added another hit in the Giants wild 7-6 victory in Colorado.

Johnny Cueto gave the White Sox 6 shutout innings in his debut, fanning 7 Royals and setting up the 5-3 win in extra innings.

Josh Donaldson reached base 4 times, including a homer, as the Yankees powered past Baltimore 6-2.

Freddy Peralta struck out 10 in 7 innings as the Brewers blanked the Braves, 1-0.

Ian Anderson held the Brewers to a single run over 6 innings but that was one too many as the Braves were shutout, 1-0.

Corey Kluber threw 6 strong innings, allowing 2 runs, striking out 8 Tigers while walking none, but the Rays bullpen dropped the 3-2 final.

Ryan McMahon homered and singled but the Rockies came up short against the Giants, 7-6.

Anthony Santander hits two homers to account for all of Baltimore’s offense in the 6-2 loss to the Yankees.

Johnny Cueto blanked Oakland over 7 innings, striking out 6, to earn the 2-0 win for San Francisco.

Yusei Kikuchi allowed 1 run in 5 2/3 innings, striking out 6 White Sox to earn the 9-3 decision for Seattle.

Fernando Tatis Jr. homered three times, added another hit and drove in 4 as the suddenly red hot Padres bombarded the Diamondbacks, 11-5..

Nolan Arenado reached base 5 times, including a home run, but the Cardinals fell short to the Pirates, 5-4.

Sean Manaea held the Giants to 1 run over 6 innings while striking out 7. However the A’s were blanked, 2-0.
