Lorenzo Cain homered and added two more hits, driving in 3, as the Brewers shutout the Cardinals, 8-0.

Dylan Cease threw 7 strong innings, giving up 2 hits and 1 run, setting up the White Sox dramatic 5-4 extra inning victory over the Cubs.

Trevor Larnach went 3 for 4 with a homer to power the Twins past Kansas City, 7-3.

Tyler Mahle took a no hitter into the 7th, finishing with 1 hit over 6 2/3 scoreless innings. The Reds bullpen imploded against San Francisco in the 6-4 final.

Triston McKenzie pitched into the 8th, fanning 8 Tigers in 7 2/3 innings, but took the hard luck 2-1 loss for Cleveland.
