Reid Detmers threw a no hitters, going all 9 and striking out a pair of Rays for the 12-0 Angels rout.

Aaron Judge had 2 hits including a 2 run, come from behind walk off home run to power the Yankees past Toronto, 6-5.

Freddy Peralta pitched into the 6th, striking out 8 Reds in 5 2/3 innings to earn the 5-4 decision for Milwaukee.

Justin Turner went 4 for 5 with 4 runs batted in to help the Dodgers demolish Pittsburgh, 11-1.


1/2 WOB

Patrick Corbin threw 5 shutout innings, striking out 5 Mets, but the Nationals bullpen failed and dropped the 4-2 final.

Yonathan Daza collected 3 hits and scored a run in the Rockies 9-2 loss in San Francisco.

Yusei Kikuchi fanned 7 Yankees in 5 1/3 innings but the Blue Jays lost 6-5 in the 9th.

George Springer got on base 3 times, including a lead off home run but the Yankees defeated his Blue Jays, 6-5.

Giancarlo Stanton collected 10 bases overall, homering twice and giving the Yankees a much needed 9-6 win in Minnesota.

Justin Turner hit two solo home runs to produce all of the Dodgers runs, added another hit, in the 2-1 victory over Pittsburgh.

Taijuan Walker struck out 9 Orioles in 7 innings, allowing a single run as the Mets took a 14-1 laugher from Baltimore.

Brandon Belt amassed 11 bases, including a pair of homers, the second one tied the game in the 9th as San Francisco took a wild 10-8 extra inning marathon from the Dodgers.

Lucas Giolito threw the first no hitter of the season, striking out 13 Pirates with a 4-0 final for the White Sox.

Marcus Semien went 3 for 5 with a homer in the A’s 10-3 pounding of the Rangers.

Brandon Woodruff struck out 8 Reds in 6 innings, allowing 2 runs to earn the 3-2 decision for the Brewers.

 

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Jaime Barria came into the game in the second and pitched 5 innings, allowing 1 hit and 1 run. But the Astros put up 5 in the first and the Angels were doubled up, 6-3.

Luis Castillo gave up 1 earned run over 6 innings, striking out 9 Brewers. But the Reds defense betrayed him as he took the hard luck 3-2 decision.
