Brandon Woodruff pitched into the 7th, allowing 1 run over 6 2/3 innings and striking out 7 as the Brewers won a 13-1 laugher over the Braves.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Jack Flaherty struck out 8 Pirates in 7 innings, allowing 3 hits and 1 run. The Cardinals bullpen would drop the 3-1 final.

Manuel Margot singled and homered in the Padres 12-7 loss to Miami.

Omar Narváez homered twice and added a single but his Mariners were blown out in Oakland, 9-2.

Michael Pineda allowed 1 earned run over 6 innings, walking none and striking out 3 Mets. He would be saddled with the hard luck 3-1 decision for the Twins.
