Earning Full WOBs:

Zach Eflin struck out 8 Braves in 7 innings to lead the Phillies to a 4-1 victory.

J. A. Happ pitched shutout ball into the 8th, finishing with 7 1/3 innings, 3 hits and struck out 5 Mets. He did not get the decision but helped the Yankees snap their losing streak with a 2-1 final.

Anthony Rizzo homered twice as the Cubs blanked Cincinnati 3-0 in the first game of a double header. He added a double in the nightcap 6-5 loss.

 Mike Trout reached base 4 times, driving in 6, including a 2 run homer, as the Angels pounded Seattle, 16-3.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Ronald Guzmán reached base 4 times, scoring 3 runs including a solo homer in the Rangers 7-4 loss to the Dodgers.

Pablo López threw 7 strong innings, allowing 2 runs and walking no Tampa Bay batters. But the Marlins were shutout, 4-0.

Lance Lynn allowed 3 earned runs in 6 innings, striking out 6 Dodgers along the way. His defense betrayed him as the Rangers were defeated, 7-4.

Trea Turner collected 5 hits but the Nationals came up short against the Red Sox, 5-3.
