Dylan Bundy pitched into the 7th, finishing with 3 hits and 1 run over 6 2/3 innings, striking out 7 Oakland batters to secure a 4-1 Angels win.

Leury García homered twice, added another hit and drove in 4 to slug the White Sox past the Twins, 10-3.

Phil Gosselin reached base 4 times, including a pair of homers, to help the Phillies clobber the Marlins 7-1.

Zack Wheeler threw 7 innings, allowing 1 run and earned the 7-1 decision for the Phillies over Miami.

Earning 1/2 WOBs:

Mike Clevinger was solid in 7 innings, striking out 6 Royals along the way. The Indians would drop the 3-2 game in extra innings.

Steven Matz struck out 7 Braves over 6 strong innings, allowing 2 hits and 1 run. But the Mets bullpen collapsed and the Braves rallied in extra innings, 5-3.

Giancarlo Stanton homered and got on base 2 more times but the Yankees were blown out by the Nationals, 9-2.

Joey Votto reached base 3 times, including his second home run, but the Reds came up short to the Tigers, 6-4.
