Trayce Thompson collected 2 hits, including a triple, driving in 2 as the Dodgers held off the Giants, 9-6.

Tarik Skubal struck out 9 Oakland batters and allowed 2 hits and run over 6 innings to secure the 7-2 victory for Detroit.

Mitch White threw 5 innings of 1 hit shutout ball. The Dodger bullpen blew his lead but eventually the bats took over in the 9-6 win against San Francisco.
