Tyler Anderson took a no hitter into the 9th before allowing a 1 out triple. He finished with 8 1/3 innings, 1 hit and 1 run, striking out 8 Angels in the 4-1 Dodgers victory.

Davis Martin came out of the bullpen to throw 5 1/3 innings of shutout ball, striking out 3 Tigers and walking none to earn the 13-0 decision for the White Sox.

Yoan Moncada drove in 5 runs with 5 hits, including a homer, as the White Sox blanked the Tigers, 13-0.

Austin Riley homered twice as the white hot Braves won again, topping Washington, 8-2.

Freddy Peralta overcame early struggles to hold the Cubs to 2 hits and 2 runs over 6 innings. The Brewers bullpen rallied big late and turned a tight game into a 14-4 laugher.

Hunter Renfroe hit a game tying and a go ahead home run in the Red Sox 6-5 win over Kansas City.

Jose Suarez was pressed into duty after the Angels starter got sick on the mound. He responded with 5 1/3 solid innings, allowing 2 hits and 1 run to earn the 5-3 decision over the Yankees.
